Lone Star Executive Airport
This afternoon, we visited Lone Star Executive Airport in Conroe, Texas. It was really a nice airport to walk around and watch the planes! The amount of traffic going in and out of the airport was really busy, so there were constantly things to watch. We also saw a jet fly-by in formation with 4 “RV’s”. Had our own unexpected airshow! David Wayne Hooks Airport - Spring, TX
My wife, puppy and in-laws just took a stroll over at Hooks airport, here in Spring, TX. It was a beautiful day! From what I can tell, we had a high of 81 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Here are some pictures: Entrance to the airport Duck pond by the entrance. People are fishing and feeding the ducks while watching the planes fly over. I heard about this site recently while doing a search looking for others to play the board game Cash Flow 101 that goes with the Rich Dad, Poor Dad series. The site seems really cool as you can set up local “meetups” for just about any interest. I have already signed up for a couple of different meetup groups. Now just waiting for one to be announced!
